It’s funny how some days you can be so in the flow and other days just feel like meh. This past Friday was one of my flow days. I was crushing my project. After struggling with hidden bugs and glitches in the code for weeks, I was finally able to figure out what was wrong and get the application running smoothly.
I can’t believe it took me this long to add a short meditation and a cup of tea to my afternoon! The effect has been quite transformative. I went from sluggishly trudging through afternoons at the office to sustained, natural energy that lasts through the day. Even my co-workers have taken notice of my increased positivity.
