Berry-licious Cold Brew Pu-erh Iced Tea

Berry-licious Cold Brew Pu-erh Iced Tea

Why we always add sugar to iced tea? Often times we hot brew it first and even steep tea leaves for too long (even worse if we use tea bag..). When the tea starts to taste bitter we can only reply on sugar to make it taste good.

    .
Why cold brew tea is a game changer? It releases whole taste of loose tea leaves (again, not tea bags) slowly to make it naturally sweet and smooth, it also carries less caffeine, to make it a perfect drink anytime throughout the day.
