The combination of Pu-erh tea and oat milk also makes this tea latte rich in antioxidant, fiber and protein. It’s simply filling and satisfying!
• 🍵 Rsquared whole leaf Pu-erh tea 2 sachets (whole leaf tea in pyramid sachet releases full flavor of the tea leaf), boiling water, steep for 5 mins.
• 🥛 3/4 cup of Oat milk, warm it up in a pot or microwave.
• 🍁 Add Maple syrup
• Blend to smooth and foamy
• Sprinkle cinnamon to preference
